Changing the pace...
After a manic weekend, and looking ahead to an equally crazy week, I’ve decided to take my training indoors at home. I’m setting up a circuit for myself to do most nights, and I’m allowing for one morning run (just one so it’s not so much to ask of myself at 5am) each week.
